Bio: Lacey was born in Decatur, Illinois, but raised in North Carolina and has come to love the south! She’s a 2010 graduate of Appalachian State University having earned a bachelor’s in psychology.
As a current graduate student in the counseling program here at Lenoir-Rhyne University, she can definitely empathize with the needs of students!
Lacey loves spending time with family in Alabama, Illinois, and Tennessee, so she and her mom look forward to their adventurous road trips to see them all! She loves cycling, kickboxing, and step classes throughout the week, as well as running and playing tennis with friends. Lacey loves music, but especially that of Jake Owen, Lifehouse, Safetysuit, and Taylor Swift, to name a few. She enjoys country concerts with friends in the summer, going hiking in Boone, and relaxing on the beach.
Lacey hopes students will take the same opportunity to experience an overall growth, mentally, physically and spiritually throughout their time spent here at Lenoir-Rhyne University. It’s a great place to help you find your purpose in life!
