AJ Bustle

Adrianna "AJ" Bustle is the graduate assistant for the Alex Lee Career and Professional Development Center at Lenoir-Rhyne. In her role, she and the career staff support the career counselor with daily administration operations from employer relations, creating marketing tools for center events and assisting students in various ways. Most importantly, Bustle helps students by providing and educating them about various self-marketing tools and practices. She also aids students with job searches, internship opportunities and other professional development activities. In addition, Bustle works one-on-one with students to build competitive resumes and conducts mock interviews at request to help students develop their interview skills.

Bustle will complete her master's degree in clinical mental health counseling from LR in the spring of 2025 with aspirations of becoming a licensed clinical mental health counselor who works with adolescents & adults. She also aspires to someday have a private practice centered around supporting the LGBT+ community.
