Alyssa Reinhardt is the director of teacher education and assessment coordinator at Lenoir-Rhyne since 2018. In her role, she coordinates with public school district personnel to arrange high-quality professional placements of undergraduate and graduate students in licensure programs. In addition, she supports the School of Education in accreditation efforts. In a career marked by increasing responsibilities, Reinhardt originally joined LR in 2015 as an administrative assistant for the College of Education and Human Services until she was appointed research and assessment associate.

Previously, Reinhardt served as an adjunct instructor of English at LR, Caldwell Community College and Wilkes Community College.
