Boyce Lineberger

Boyce Lineberger is a security officer at Lenoir-Rhyne since 2016. In his role, he strives to make the campus a safe place to live and work for faculty, staff, students and visitors. He is also responsible for maintaining the security of campus buildings, facilities, parking lots, walkways and grounds of the institution.

Previously, Lineberger worked as an engineer with the City of Hickory Fire Department, where he retired after 30 years of service. He works part-time for the Catawba County 911 Communication Center as a dispatcher, the Town of Catawba Fire Department as a volunteer firefighter and he volunteers for the Catawba Rescue Squad. Lineberger also works for NASCAR in the Department of Transportation.
