Dallas Renzi

Dallas Renzi joined Lenoir-Rhyne in fall 2024 as an athletic communications graduate assistant.

Renzi comes to LR after two years at the University of Mobile in Saraland, Alabama. He specialized in producing home athletic broadcast events for all sports. During his senior year, he did play-by-play for all sporting events and occasionally worked on public address announcing and live stats. He also worked for Jockive Sports as a play-by-play announcer from 2021-2024 where he broadcasted multiple conference tournaments with the ACCC.

Previously, Renzi spent time at Coastal Alabama Community College where he studied and worked as baseball manager. He announced their home games, ran behind the scenes and managed social media.

Renzi has previous experience announcing sports such as volleyball, baseball, softball, football, basketball and soccer. He started broadcasting in 2017 with the Spanish Fort High School baseball team where he called more than 80 baseball games. He has always wanted to work and be involved in sports from a young age, especially calling events.

Renzi is from Daphne, Alabama. He is the son of John Renzi and Heather Renzi, and has one brother, Drew.
