Debbie Tonnesen

Debbie Tonnesen is director for the Clemmer-Long Center for Vocation and Purpose. In her role, she manages the daily operations of the center and coordinates the center's events. Additionally, Tonnesen works with students through one-on-one conversations, classroom presentations, mentorship programs and various small-group activities. She is currently pursuing her master's degree at LR in religious leadership.

Previously, Tonnesen worked as a high school English teacher and a sixth-grade language arts teacher for the Rowan-Salisbury School System in Rowan County, North Carolina.
