Erica Freeman joined Lenoir-Rhyne in May 2022 as payroll and benefits specialist. In the role, Freeman maintains, prepares and validates data for audits and compliance reporting; supports employees with questions relating to their time, time off, benefits and payroll processing.

After exploring many facets of business, Freeman quickly found interest in payroll, accounting and HR. With more than seven years of prior office management and payroll experience, Freeman provides LR with a well-versed, professional skill set.
