Leah Beth Hubbard is the assistant vice president for admission at Lenoir-Rhyne.

She previously served as special assistant to the president for strategic initiatives. In this role, Hubbard worked to advance strategic presidential initiatives and address issues that impact the institution across the complex university landscape. She also served as a representative for the president, providing direction to carry out the president's vision, goals and priorities. Hubbard recently completed her doctorate in strategic leadership from Liberty University, where she focused on understanding a leader's ability to help others find work-life balance within the complexities of higher education.

Before coming to Lenoir-Rhyne, Hubbard served in higher education leadership roles at Appalachian State University and Queens University of Charlotte.
