Alexia “Lecki” Jackson joined Lenoir-Rhyne in 2024 as an athletic trainer and works with women's basketball, cheer and track and field.

During her undergraduate clinical experience, Jackson served as a work-study athletic training student-aide for Gamecock football during the 2019-2020 season and a strength and conditioning intern for Gamecock women's soccer and track and field during spring 2022. Additionally, as an athletic training student, Jackson has had clinical experiences with Gamecock women’s soccer, Keenan High School and Airport High School, a Professional Football Athletic Trainers Society (PFATS) internship with the Kansas City Chiefs, a 2023 SIAC Conference Championship with Benedict College football and a semester-long clinical immersion with Texas Longhorns football.

Jackson is a board-certified athletic trainer with certifications in Basic Life Support First Aid/CPR and AED, Mental Health First Aid, Seizure Recognition and First Aid. She is also an active member of the National Athletic Trainers Association (NATA). She is extremely passionate about her work, building rapport with her athletes and supporting them in whatever they need.
