Lydia Stonerook joined Lenoir-Rhyne as an athletic trainer in 2024, supporting the football, baseball and spirit teams. As a graduate student, Stonerook gained clinical experience alongside Appalachian State and Mississippi State football teams and LR’s football and men’s lacrosse teams.
