Paul Underwood

Paul Underwood is the assistant director of facilities management at Lenoir-Rhyne since 2021. In his role, he oversees the daily operations of the maintenance and grounds employees. In addition, he provides the planning and execution for campus repairs and maintenance for buildings and grounds through work orders and requests.

Previously, Underwood worked as a maintenance manager for 30 years in the manufacturing industry.
