Perry Bradley

Perry Bradley is a security officer at Lenoir-Rhyne, specifically at the Columbia campus, since 2018. In his role, he strives to make the campus a safe place to live and work for faculty, staff, students and visitors. He is also responsible for maintaining the security of campus buildings, facilities, parking lots, walkways and grounds of the institution.

Previously, Bradley worked as a teacher and coach at V.V. Reid Elementary. Bradley is part owner and general manager and head coach of the Carolina Coyotes, a professional basketball team. He is also the CEO and founder of Building Better Communities. BBC is a grassroots nonprofit organization that works to help bridge the gap between law enforcement and local communities. Bradley’s organization currently partners with Richland County Sheriff’s Department, City of Columbia Police Department, Richland County Solicitor’s Office, FBI and other government agencies to fight issues that plague low income communities such as gun violence, hate crimes, poverty, PTSD, etc. In addition, Bradley sits on several boards, including the Richland County Sheriff’s Department’s Citizens Advisory Board. He is an active member of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc. and the NAACP.
