Stephanie Roberts

Stephanie Roberts is director of the annual giving at Lenoir-Rhyne. She previously served as a development analyst after joining LR in November 2023. 

As the director of annual giving, Roberts oversees all aspects of the LR’s annual giving program. She is responsible for the organization, planning and management of programs to build annual support including The Fund for Lenoir-Rhyne and the New Life Fund for Lutheran Theological Southern Seminary which both provide unrestricted support for the university.

Previously, she served as a gifts records coordinator for Davidson College. During her 10 years in that role, she handled gift processing for the college, data projects and process improvement. She was an integral part of the conversion of Davidson’s CRM system. Prior to working at Davidson College, she spent two years as a development assistant at Southern Evangelical Seminary.

Her varied experience in higher education and passion for seeing students garner the best education possible brought her to LR where she works to ensure that institutional advancement’s events, strategies and fundraising are all data-driven.
