A minor in engineering physics requires 16 hours of physics as follows:

Minor Requirements
Take one introductory physics sequence and PHY 291 (12 hours):
- PHY 121 - General Physics I
- PHY 122 - General Physics II
- or
- PHY 211 - Analytical Physics I
- PHY 212 - Analytical Physics II
- and
- PHY 291 - Intermediate Physics I
Choose 4 hours from the following courses:
- PHY 290 - Intermediate Physics Support
- PHY 320 - Optics
- PHY 340 - Digital Electronics
- PHY 345 - Programmable Logic Controllers
- PHY 360 - Analog Electronics
- PHY 365 - Embedded Systems
