Finance Minor
There’s more to finance than crunching numbers, and our program will provide you an understanding of the field.
Our minor in Finance will provide you with the skills you need for a career in the private or public sectors. You will learn not only the numbers aspect of the financial sector, but also the theory and framework behind it all.
Our courses provide you a basic understanding of the core curriculum, as well as study in statistics, mathematics, accounting and banking.
The demand for those who excel in finance is strong, with some occupations seeing job increases of up to 19 percent.
The Finance minor pairs well with majors in marketing, accounting, business administration, economics, entrepreneurship, mathematics, international business and more.

A minor in Finance requires 27-29 hours.
