Moretz Stadium Lacrosse Facility Upgrades

In its short life at Lenoir-Rhyne, lacrosse has become a focal point of our athletic department. Our men’s and women’s programs have combined to win six SAC regular season titles, two SAC tournament titles and have advanced to three NCAA tournaments including a trip to the National Championship game for our men’s team in 2021.

Now, with the Centennial Campaign for Moretz Stadium, there is a once-in-a-generation opportunity to support LR lacrosse and build the facilities that will position the program for sustained success well into the future. The main improvements include a brand new lacrosse facility that will include a state-of-the-art locker rooms and team lounges for both programs, along with restrooms, storage, and laundry space.
