Our program provides you with the knowledge and skill set to help people feel supported and excel in their jobs, including:

  • Training and development
Key to building an empowered and motivated workforce, you build knowledge and skill in the design, development, delivery and evaluation of organizational training and effective performance improvement programs.
  • Total compensation management
Attracting and retaining top talent requires companies to offer competitive compensation packages. Develop knowledge and skills in the development and evaluation of pay structures and benefits packages. • Employment and labor law
Various laws and regulations determine the rights and obligations of employees and employers. Learn the nature of the employment relationship and common law principles, prohibitions against discrimination on the basis of certain protected characteristics such as race and gender, wage and hour law, the Family Medical Leave Act, the National Labor Relations Act, and other similar areas of labor and employment law.
  • Human resource risk management
Examine the scope and role of HR in the occupational health and safety arena, the fundamental components of comprehensive programs and, more importantly, the interplay between these considerations and how important HR professionals are in their success.
