Jalani Lord

• B.S., Exercise Science and Health Promotion, Florida Atlantic University

Jalani Lord joined Lenoir-Rhyne in 2024 as an offensive line coach and run game coordinator. Lord brings 16 years of coaching experience at the high school, collegiate and NFL levels. 

Prior to joining LR, he was an offensive line coach and run game coordinator at Keiser University, where the team won the 2023 NAIA national championship, the 2022 NAIA national runner-up and five consecutive Sun Conference championships. Lord's additional experience includes seven seasons as offensive coordinator and offensive line coach at Seminole Ridge High School, assistant coach at IMG Academy and three seasons as an offensive quality control coach at Florida Atlantic University.

Lord also was a part of the Bill Walsh Fellowship with the Kansas City Chiefs in 2022.
