Hunter Glaze joined Lenoir-Rhyne in summer 2024 as an assistant director of the Bears Club and annual giving.
In this role, his responsibilities include stewarding, cultivating and identifying Bears Club members to enhance the donor experience and grow the LR donor portfolio. In addition to those tasks, he provides additional support in fundraising events, donation/gift requests and management and strategic engagement with athletics supporters.
Glaze joined the LR staff after spending two years as a developmental and sales graduate assistant at the University of Arkansas, Little Rock. There, he assisted in all revenue generation efforts, including ticket sales, fundraising and corporate partnerships. He led all sales efforts of the 2023-2024 men's and women's basketball season and developed new strategic ways to engage their teams with supporters, fans and prospective stakeholders, both in-person and virtually.
