The Professional Studies Program is an online bachelor’s degree completion program designed for students who want to maximize their previous college credits and advance their careers. It provides interdisciplinary knowledge to help you navigate the demands of today’s workforce.
The program’s core focuses on organizational communication, ethics, management and leadership skills. As part of the core curriculum, you’ll take a professional development seminar (PSP 390) and complete a capstone and internship experience (PSP 490), giving you hands-on learning opportunities that connect classroom knowledge with real-world applications.

All bachelor's degree programs at Lenoir-Rhyne require at least 120 credit hours. If, in combination, General Education, technical, and program requirements do not generate at least 120 hours, additional credits must be completed to achieve 120 hours. These classes may be general electives, or a student may complete a minor or additional major.
