Andy Steele is an associate professor of chemistry. He joined the faculty in 2005 after extensive professional experience in pharmaceutical and other chemical research.

Steele was an associate director with Cardinal Health pharmaceutical development, managing a laboratory group of chemists. In this role, he performed analytical testing to support regulatory submissions for new drug development.
