  • Residential Learning Communities

    First Generation

If you are the first in your immediate family to attend college, the First Gen Residential Learning Community (RLC) might be right for you.

The First Gen RLC provides opportunities for shared space and time with other first-generation students. Students share a floor in Fritz-Conrad as well as a specially designated lounge space. In addition to shared space, students will have opportunities for shared activities both on and off-campus as well as the support of peer and faculty mentors, all of whom are first-generation college students.

The benefits of living on campus are clear and the benefits of a residential learning community increase those benefits. So, give yourself the added advantage of joining our First Gen Residential Learning Community. Remember, there’s power in being first.

    Global Village

Lenoir-Rhyne offers specialized housing for students seeking meaningful interactions across cultural differences, in a brave and hospitable living space in which residents approach their fellow community members with curiosity, patience and hospitality. Global Village Residents will increase their cross-cultural skills by learning from each other, becoming more aware of cultural differences and similarities, and developing greater confidence in their cross-cultural interactions.

    Honors Housing

Lenoir-Rhyne offers specialized housing for students in the Honors Program. Residents of the Honors House benefit from a relaxed living option so they can best perform in their rigorous courses.
